TERMS OF USE

1. ACCEPTANCE OF TERMS

This Terms of Use Agreement ("Agreement") governs the relationship between you ("User", "You") and INDIVIDUAL ENTREPRENEUR ISMAILOVA POLINA VITALYEVNA ("Company", "We", "Us", "Our") regarding the use of the Yastvo mobile application ("Application" or "App").

By using the Application, You agree to be bound by the terms of this Agreement. If You do not agree to these terms, please do not use the Application.

This Agreement supplements and is part of the Public Offer published at https://yastvo.com. In case of any contradictions between this Agreement and the Public Offer, the Public Offer shall prevail.

2.3. PREMIUM Subscription Features

All PRO features
24/7 chat with AI nutritionist
Weekly eating behavior reports with personalized recommendations
Ability to ask questions about nutrition, add dishes, and receive diet recommendations in dialogue
Priority customer support

3. REGISTRATION AND ACCOUNT

3.1. Account Creation

To use the Application, You must create an account
You agree to provide accurate and current information
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of Your account credentials
You agree to immediately notify Us of any unauthorized use of Your account

3.2. Age Restrictions

The Application is intended for users aged 13 and older
If You are under 18 years old, You must obtain parental or guardian consent

3.3. Account Security

You bear full responsibility for the security of Your registration data
Transfer of login and/or password to third parties is prohibited
All actions performed using Your login and password are deemed performed by You
We are not liable for unauthorized access losses

3.4. Account Deletion

You may delete Your account at any time through Application settings
Upon deletion, all Your data is permanently erased

5. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY

5.1. Rights to Application

All rights belong to the Company.

5.2. Use of Content

You receive non-exclusive license
Copying/modifying prohibited

5.3. User Content

You retain rights to photos and nutrition data
You grant Us a license to provide service

6. PROHIBITED USES

Violating laws
Uploading harmful content
Unauthorized access attempts
Fraud or misleading actions
Uploading extremist, illegal, or harmful content

7. MEDICAL DISCLAIMERS

7.1. Not Medical Advice

The app is not medical service.

7.2. User Responsibility

Consult a doctor before changing diet.

7.3. Limitation of Liability

We are not responsible for decisions based on app data.

8. DISCLAIMER OF WARRANTIES

The Application is provided "as is".

9. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

Liability limited to amount paid in last 12 months.

10. CHANGES TO AGREEMENT

We may amend this Agreement anytime.

11. TERMINATION

11.1. Termination by You

You may delete account anytime.

11.2. Termination by Us

We may suspend/terminate access for violations.

12. GOVERNING LAW

Governing law: Russian Federation.
