1. General Provisions

This User Agreement is a public offer defining the terms of use of the Yastvo mobile application. The Operator and rights holder is Mediann Dev LLC. Registering an account or otherwise using the app constitutes full acceptance of this Agreement. If you do not agree with any of its terms, you must cease using the application.

2. Registration and Account

To access all features of Yastvo, the User must create an account by providing a valid e-mail address and confirming it via a code sent to that address. The User is responsible for the accuracy of the information provided and for maintaining the confidentiality of their login credentials. The Operator is not liable for any damages resulting from loss or unauthorized sharing of account credentials. The Operator may suspend or block accounts for violations of this Agreement.

3. Rights and Obligations

User’s Rights:

• Use the app for personal, non-commercial purposes.

• Receive technical support and information about updates.

User’s Obligations:

• Comply with Russian law and this Agreement.

• Keep login credentials confidential and not share them with third parties.

• Refrain from actions that disrupt the app (e.g., unauthorized interference).

Operator’s Rights:

• Modify or expand functionality and interface; introduce new services.

• Suspend or limit access for Agreement violations.

• Send notifications about important app updates and events.

Operator’s Obligations:

• Ensure app availability and correct functioning, except during maintenance or unforeseen outages.

• Maintain confidentiality of personal data in accordance with the Privacy Policy.

4. Limitation of Liability

The Operator is not responsible for consequences of incorrect use of app recommendations. All nutrition advice is informational and not medical.

The app is provided “as is.” The Operator does not guarantee uninterrupted operation or absolute accuracy of calculations (calorie and macronutrient estimates are approximate).

The Operator is not liable for technical failures, Internet connectivity issues, or device incompatibility.

Users bear responsibility for results obtained through the app (e.g., following dietary advice).

Neither party is liable for total or partial non-fulfillment of obligations due to force majeure (natural disasters, military actions, etc.).

5. Intellectual Property

All rights to the Yastvo app and its content (design, source code, text, graphics, etc.) belong to Mediann Dev LLC. Users are granted a limited license to use the app for personal, non-commercial purposes only. Any copying, distribution, or other use without the rightsholder’s consent is prohibited.

6. Final Provisions

This Agreement enters into force upon acceptance by the User (registration or first use) and remains effective until the app is uninstalled or use is discontinued. The Operator may unilaterally amend the terms; changes take effect upon publication. Continued use after amendments constitutes acceptance of the new terms. Disputes are resolved by negotiation or submitted to a Russian court if agreement cannot be reached.
